in a residence in front of the sea, 2 room apartment, recently renovated, west facing, open view on the residence and small sea view, with a capacity of 2 persons and a surface of 48m² on the 6th floor with lift. the apartment includes : an entrance with a large cupboard, a living room (with a flat screen TV and a hi-fi system) opening onto a balcony with a western exposure and a small sea view, an independent kitchen (with a fridge, a combined oven/microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine), a corridor leading to a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and an electric towel dryer) and independent toilets.
the wifi is present in the residence. the hiring places at the disposal a garage in under ground. the pets are accepted in this hiring.
this rental is also available in short stay (except period of school holidays).
