Antico Molino is a characteristic villa created from an old mill, renovated with great care and transformed into a cosy country residence in a green valley surrounded by the typical hills of Tuscany just 1 km from Montaione, in a strategic position, making it an excellent starting point for exploring all of Tuscany: Florence and Siena are 1 hour's drive, Lucca and Pisa are 60 km far , San Gimignano and Volterra, just 30 minutes by car. The renovation drew inspiration from the typical Tuscan houses in accordance with the original structures (wooden beam ceilings, visible stone walls), bringing out the distinctive features of the house and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by a large property of 2 hectares, inside of which there are large outdoor areas with an equipped lawn, a barbecue and a wood burning oven. The outdoor area includes also a above-the-ground swimming pool (7x3 depth 1,2m)(03/05-11/10) and small football pitch. Internet wi fi and baby bed available included in the price. The key holder lives in a small hayloft near the ville and shares with the guests the laundry room situated in an external room. Central heating. Partly covered parking space. Access to the house along 800 m of dirt track road which isn't suitable for sports cars.
