This sweet little house is within walking distance of the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente. This house has everything you will need to have a wonderful beach holiday. Can Alegria sleeps up to 4 people and has a double bedroom (bed size 1.35 x 1.85m), with ceiling fan and a twin bedroom (bed size 1.80 x .90m) with ceiling fan both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is very well equipped and is part of the open plan living dining space. The living area has two large comfortable sofas and satellite TV with a full range of English channels. There is also CD and DVD player.
Outside there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a covered dining area with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining at anytime of the day. There is ample parking outside this property.
Can Alegria is within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, local shops and most importantly the wonderful beach and the blue Mediterranean sea. To complete this ideal holiday property we can also offer guests the use of the swimming pool at the small private complex 10 metres away, perfect for finishing off a hot day spent at the beach .
