Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.
INTERNAL: This comfortable villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a large living room with TV SAT/TDT and wonderful views of the sea and the pool. A fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite. In addition, there is a bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR remains closed during the rental and uninhabited.
EXTERNAL: There is a beautiful rectangular 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue where you can enjoy your outdoor meals and the views that the villa offers. There is a garage for a vehicle.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet area called La Empedrola, which offers calmness and proximity to the beaches and shops. It is only 4.9 km to the nearest beach and restaurants. Calpe city center is 5.5 km away.
REMARKS: WiFi included. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
