Who has not ever dreamed of waking up with the sound of the sea? In this modern holiday home you can enjoy wonderful sea views while having breakfast on the terrace. The holiday home inspires with its Mediterranean style and the quiet location.
This tastefully appointed, two storey holiday house with a total size of 300 m2 is the right choice for anyone looking for special vacation. The absolutely stunning views to the sea will inspire you every day! The pool area surrounded by a wood terrace makes a nice contrast to the blue water. The private salt water pool measures 12 x 4 m. There are six sun loungers. Next to the pool area you will find a pretty garden with gravel and various plants.
From the veranda, you have access to the bright living room. The modern sectional sofa invites you to relax reading a good book, watching satellite TV or a DVD, listening to music or surfing the internet (WIFI). The living room is air-conditioned just like the rest of the house. The dining area is furnished with a table and 8 chairs. The open-plan kitchen provides you with everything you need on holiday: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge and all essential kitchen utensils and cutlery. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
All four bedrooms have double beds. Three of them are on the 1st floor and have access to a 35 m2 large terrace with stunning views to the sea and the mountains. On the 1st floor there is also a small living room with a sofa and fantastic views. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. All bedrooms, just like the rest of the house are air-conditioned. There are three bathrooms, all of them with shower and one en suite.
The property is situated in the peaceful residential area of Betlem. The beaches are mostly rocky with crystal clear water. From Betlem from you can also make many nice trips and hikes. An example would be a visit to the little church S'Ermita de Betlem”.
In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the old fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere, where you will find many restaurants, small supermarkets, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Go to relax at the beach promenade, enjoy the sunset or try the restaurants on the harbour promenade. In the surroundings you will find several natural beaches. Just 250 meters away from the house there is the sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere. It is worth to visit the beaches of: Calo dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cala Torta and s'Aigua Dolça.
