Welcome! This is a cosy villa located in the countryside, in the north part of the island. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience!
It is a spacious, one-storey house of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s ideal for families or groups of friends, as it has space for 6 people. There is a room with a double bed, while the others have 2 single beds each. The house has air conditioning.
The villa offers a warm environment and it is a perfect choice for those who look for a relaxing holiday. In the living room you can relax in the sofa and read a good book or take a siesta. The open-plan kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: vitro ceramic hob, electrical oven, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen appliances and a lot more. Of course you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At the patio, there is space to park two cars, although is not covered. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.
The outdoor is a fantastic place to make the most of your holiday. Have a tempting barbeque with your family and friends, swim in the private pool (8 x 4 meters) or just relax in the garden. The porch is furnished with a table and 6 chairs to enjoy summer dinners. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun beds to bask in the Mediterranean sun.
The house is only 2.2 km from Sa Pobla, where you will be able to find everything you might need: pharmacy, bars, sports area, supermarket, etc. A short drive will take you to the genuine village of Pollença. A long time ago lots of artists and writers resided there and you can still feel their spirit when strolling through the small cobbled streets. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!
A 20 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the calm of Playa de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will be able to discover an amazing amount of different coves!
