Newly built house for 6 persons near Vidauban, with access to the house owners swimming pool, and it is situated on a very quiet position.
This new house is in the range between Vidauban and Le Plan de la Tour in the department of Var. It is built on a position, and is placed on plot of the house owners, who live a bit further down. The guests can use the swimming pool in the morning (9-12) and in the afternoon (15-18). The area has many hiking trails, a golf course nearby (5km) and to the coast at St. Tropez is about 30 km. For Vidauban and Le Plan de la Tour is approx. 10 km. It is advisable to have your own car.
This pleasant house is ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday and for those seeking a more solitary place to relax. Here you can see the starry sky of the southern French without the influence of artificial light.
The decoration is practical and modern. There are two bedrooms (1x1 double bed and 1x2 single beds) available, one bathroom with a tub and shower, separate toilet and a combined living/dining room with two separate beds. The open kitchen to the living/dining room is furnished with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven. The furniture is friendly and appealing.
On the covered terrace accessed from the living room is an electric barbecue and garden furniture.
The plot is very nice for sunbathing and especially in low season, you can quickly find a wind-protected corner.
