Located in the city of Taradeau, but on a small quiet street, this truly beautiful and fully renovated house with pool is for 8 persons.
This lovely house in 2 floors is in 2011 accomplished with a new kitchen, new bathroom with tub and shower and toilet, new furniture, new windows, and also a new pool terrace. All in bright colors, very modern, but also furnished with Provence accents.
In the ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms, the big bathroom, the kitchen and the living / dining room with large sliding doors onto the 2 terraces. From here a staircase leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The bedrooms on the ground floor have sliding doors onto the pool terrace. All floors are tiled.
The plot is about 400 m2, the house about 140 m2. The pool terrace is 60 m2 and is equipped with sun beds, and the terrace on the other side of the house with garden furniture (with seat cushions). Here you will find the barbecue, which can be used as an outdoor fireplace.
Taradeau is a quiet little village in the vineyards of the Côte de Provence, about half an hour drive from St. Maxime and the Gulf of St. Tropez. From the airport in Nice its just 1 hour's drive,from Marseilles for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The place is an ideal base for exploring the diversity of the Provence, both along the coast and the inland. Around Taradeau there are many possibilities for nice trips by bike or on foot - Enjoy the quiet days at the pool behind the house or the small garden in front of the house.
The shops in Taradeau meet the daily needs of fresh baked goods and foods. There is also a wine cooperative with sales, bar, post office and a doctor in the village. Within a radius of 5-7 km you will find the medieval cities of Lorgues, Vidauban and Les Arcs, with very well-stocked supermarkets and many good restaurants.
