Stunning holiday apartment for 6 persons (possible for 8) in Toscana, Italy.
Independent holiday apartment close to Rosia for 6 people and with a great swimming pool with Jacuzzi - shared with 4 other apartments. The property is situated only 10 km from the beautiful city Siena and only 50 km from Firenze. The property is in lovely settings which will give you the perfect holiday.
Location:
The area invites you to take a walk in the surrounding countryside and the small village, where you have the possibility to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere. Within a relatively short distance you reach Siena and Florence.
Indoors:
The apartment is cozy and stylishly decorated and is equipped with all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. It has its own entrance and is situated on the 1.floor. It consists of a living/dining room with an open kitchen (fridge, freezer, el-oven, gas burners, dishwasher). From the dining room you have access to a small hall, from where there is access to two bedrooms withtwin beds and a bathroom with shower. A second door in the dining room is leading to another small hall where there is access to a large bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has a private furnished garden and private parking for one car.
Outdoors:
Beautiful location, which offers a large swimming pool (8x16m) with Jacuzzi. The pool and the entire plot are surrounded by beautiful plants that bloom all season. The location has a panoramic view over the village. Each apartment has its own private furnished garden near its entrance. There is internet in the reception and by the pool.
Note: Heating is only available during the period 1st Nov. until 30th April and will be at the charged on the spot according to prevailing daily rate.
