This stunning new villa with private swimming pool is located in the picturesque village of Reillanne, a French little village situated between Luberon and Forcalquier, in the region of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
Interior:
The house (130m2), decorated with exquisite taste, consists of two storeys. On the ground floor there is a spacious combined living-dining room with comfortable sofas, a dining table, flat screen television, DVD player, Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped and is separated from the living area by a convenient breakfast bar. There are two cozy double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and a hand basin. There is a shared separate bathroom. The last bedroom is on the upper floor, accessible through a modern staircase, and it consists of a big double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A cot and highchair are available by request. Please note that the stairs do not have railing so must be used carefully.
Exterior:
There is a great range of possibilities to enjoy the sunny Provencal weather without leaving the property. The plot has 5000m2. There is a barbecue and garden furniture so it is possible to enjoy pleasant in the fresh air. On the porch it is possible to relax while reading a book or to simply enjoy the stunning views of the mountain. There is a large swimming pool, sun beds and parasols. The lawn area is very well kept and there are gorgeous trees and plants. There is also a ping-pong table and a swing for children. Covered garage for two cars is also part of the property. Behind the house, the owner has an apartment which is separated by a fence and has its own entrance, therefore, the privacy of the renters is not compromised.

The charming village of Reillanne is nestled on top of a hill, consequently enjoying panoramic views of the valley and the mountains. It is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday amidst nature and in lovely surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the summer's sunny days. Have a stroll through the old quarter of the village and be aware of the varied summer events like concerts, fairs, etc. Also, there is a wide range of adventure sports for amusement, trails for hiking, fishing, horseback riding, archery, mountain biking, tennis, etc.
