Beautiful 260 m2 villa on a 16.000 hectare estate with many fruit and olive trees. A peaceful location with enchanting views and with country roads for lovely walks. Nearby are several beaches and small bays.
Location:
Located in the hilly countryside between Manacor and Porto Cristo. Porto Cristo is famous for the Caves of Drach, its port and great beach offers restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies.

On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room with a fireplace, and 1 bedroom with a bathroom. The entrance hall leads to the guest toilet, the fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room, and a separate big dining room with direct access to the garden.
