Holiday house for 6 people near Porto Christo with a huge garden area, private swimming pool and lounge area/winter garden.
Beautiful villa (220 m2) on a 16.000 hectare estate with many fruit and olive trees. A peaceful location with enchanting views and with country roads for lovely walks. Several beaches and small bays are nearby.
Location:
Situated in the hilly countryside between Manacor and Porto Cristo. Porto Cristo is famous for its Caves of Dach, has its own port, great beach, and has restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies.
Interior:
This holiday house is a true gem and beautifully furnished with great love and care. The entrance hall is also the dining area and leads to the fully equipped kitchen on one side, and the spacious sitting room with a fireplace on the other side. Next to the sitting room is a library. There are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor, and 1 bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor.
Exterior:
The huge garden with lawn is totally open and blends beautifully in with the countryside. The former stable is turned into a beautiful lounge area/wintergarden with dining table and many terrace doors. There is a terrace between the house and the wintergarden and a private pool. There are beautiful hilly countryside views from everywhere.
