Holiday house for 6 people near Porto Christo with a large garden area and private swimming pool.
Beautiful 280 m2 villa on a 16.000 hectare estate with many fruit and olive trees. A peaceful location with enchanting views and with country roads for lovely walks. Several beaches and small bays are nearby.
Location:
Situated in the hilly countryside between Manacor and Porto Cristo. Porto Cristo, famous for its Cuevas del Dach, has its own port and great beach, and offers restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies.
Interior:
The villa of is beautifully furnished with great love and care. There is one spacious sitting/dining room with a fireplace and direct garden access, another sitting room with a fireplace, a separate dining room also with garden access, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, and 3 bedrooms with bathroom.
Outdoors:
From the sitting room one steps into the garden which has a dining table. To the side of the dining room is another dining table. There are no tiled terraces as the house is surrounded by small pebble stones. The separate pool and garden area is totally fenced-off.
