Newly restored holiday house (160 m2) with a very high standard and comfort. The house is restored in a typical Tuscan style, and is a perfect destination for a relaxing and charming holiday.
Location:
Villa Clara is located in the charming country side of Tuscany. The beautiful village of Vinci, where Leonardo the Vinci was born, is less than 2 km from the villa. Other tourist destinations to visit nearby are Florence, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, and many others.
Interior:
The house is divided into three levels. The main floor contains a pleasant living-dining area with stone walls and a comfortable open kitchen. There is an indoor stair that leads to a lower floor which has a living area and a bathroom. On the upper floor of the house are 3 nice bedrooms with bathrooms.
Outdoors:
The well maintained outdoor area contains everything you need to enjoy the long summer days. It has a big swimming pool, and from the lot as well from the house is a nice view of the surrounding landscape and of the village of Vinci.
