Large and spacious holiday apartment right on the edge of Cabasse (Var), in the Southern France, for 10 people with a large swimming pool.
It is part of a large former silk mill, but completely modernized, and very cozy. In one half of the property is the owner's home with private entrance. The leased area of 170 m2 is completely shielded, and the pool is used solely by the tenant. Partially open plot.
Location:
Cabasse is a small sleepy town in the Var in southern France, but has a range of shops and restaurants. The nearest major town is Brignoles. The beaches of Hyères or to St. Tropez are not far away.
Indoors:
The ground floor has a large living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. The living room leads into the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a small bathroom and a separate toilet.
Each bed room has 2 single beds (1 with 4 single beds), which can easily can be attached to double beds.
Outdoors:
Beautiful, very shady terrace in the summer, in front of the kitchen area. Beneath of the terrace is a large swimming pool with sunny terrace, and subsequently a green area with the river ISSOLE passing by.
Note:
Groups of yougsters are not allowed.
Pool cannot be overviewed from the terrace.
