Holiday house for 8 people (possibility of 11) near Sassetta, Tuscany with shared swimming pool.
This holiday house has 160 m2, and is beautiful decorated. The house is situated on a property where you have access to a swimming pool, and the area has a great variation of plants, flowers, forests and close to the beach.
Location:
Castagno is less than 800m from the center of the picturesque village of Sassetta in Tuscany. The privileged location of this villa allows you to enjoy both the country side and the beach, which is only 12km away from Sassetta. Close to the beach area of Marina di Castagneto. Close to the touristic places of Florence, Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano.
Indoors:
This comfortable house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is large open area, including an open kitchen, a living room, an open fire place and dining area where you have direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor is also a bathroom. The bedrooms are situated on the first floor, and are three bedrooms in total with a bathroom with shower for each rooms. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the stunning valley.
Outdoors:
The villa is enclosed and has a private garden. The private terrace is furnished with a cozy pergola and a large table with stylish and comfortable chairs. The big swimming pool is shared with the occupants of 3 nearby holiday apartments.
Check-out no later than 9am.
The pool is open all year.
In the periods before 23 May and after 12 September, it is possible to arrive other days (on request).
