Holiday apartment direct at the beach for 4 persons (possibility for 5) in Marina di Castagneto Carducci.
Apartment of 50 m2 with two balconies and direct access to the beach. From the apartment you can enjoy the stunning sea view. This is the perfect place for those who love to stay at the sea.
Location:
This apartment is located in a building on the promenade “Viale Italia” No. 17 / D, in the center of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. It is located on the third floor in a building with an elevator and where you can find small shops and restaurants on the ground floor. In the south are a hotel where you can use their pool and facilities against payment.
Indoors:
The entrance leads to a small corridor with four doors: one on the left, one to the right and two in front of the entrance. To the left is a large bathroom. The door in front and to the left opens into a large bedroom. From this room there is access to a balcony which is facing south. The door straight and to the right leads to the dining room where there is a dining area and a sofa bed. From the small kitchen there is access to a second balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent views. The last door leads to apartment Murex, which can be rented together with Nautilus.
Outdoors:
Between the building and the beach there is a private yard, where there is space for parking a car. Right outside the door, you will find the beach, which can be used freely. You have access to the beach from the basement of the building, and here you will also find an outdoor shower.
Please note that check-out time is latest at 9:00 am
In the periods before 31 May and after 13 September, it is possible to arrive other days (on request).
