This beautiful property consists of four comfortable apartments and is situated on a hill in the heart of Chianti. The property was built in the XIV century and has been decorated in a typical Tuscan rustic style, simple but comfortable. This apartment of 70 m2 is located in the building next to the pool area and has a beautiful view of the surroundings.
Location:
Thanks to its strategic location, the house is the perfect starting point for day trips in the central Tuscany. It is possible to visit the wine cellars of the owner and to taste their wines, all for free. The vineyard is located in Rocca delle Macie, 5km away from the house.
Indoors:
Through the entrance you come to a large room with an open kitchen, a sofa and a fireplace. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms. Each apartment has its own entrance and a terrace.
Outdoors:
This beautiful property has a large communal swimming pool which is surrounded by a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view over the valley.
