Holiday apartment for up to 4 persons (possibility of 5) with communal swimming pool in Chianti.
This beautiful villa consists of four comfortable apartments. The villa was built in the XIV century and has been decorated in a typical Tuscan rustic style, simple but comfortable. Thanks to its strategic location, the house is the perfect starting point for day trips in the central Tuscany.
Location:
Situated on a hill in the heart of Chianti. It is possible to visit the wine cellars of the owner and to taste their wines, all for free. The vineyard is located in Rocca delle Macie, 5km away from the house. You get 10% discount for dinners at the restaurant and in the shop where you can buy the products from Rocca delle Macie (wine, olive oil, honey).
Indoors:
This nice apartment of 70m2 has a large room with an open kitchen, a sofa and a fireplace. There is also a bathroom with shower and two big double bedrooms. Each apartment has its own entrance, tiled floors, wood-beamed ceilings and an outdoor area with table and chairs. An extra bed can be added which leads to the possibility of hosting 5 people.
Outdoors:
This beautiful villa has a large communal swimming pool (12m x 6m) which is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy the view over the valley.
The community pool can be used from the middle of May till the end of September.
Notes:
Final cleaning is included, except the end cleaning of the kitchenette, which has to be done by the client.
