Apartment for 4 persons (possibility of 5) with communal pool in Castellina in Chianti.
This beautiful villa consists of four comfortable apartments and is situated on the hill in the heart of Chianti. The villa was built in the XIV century and has been decorated in a typical Tuscan rustic style, simple but comfortable.
Location:
It is possible to visit the wine cellars of the owner and to taste their wines, all for free. The vineyard is located in Rocca delle Macie, 5 km away from the house.
Indoors:
This nice apartment has a large room with an open kitchen, a sofa and a fireplace. Three small steps lead to the upper floor, where there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. An extra bed can be added which leads to the possibility of hosting 5 people. Each apartment has its own entrance, tiled floors, wood-beamed ceilings and a terrace with table and chairs.
Outdoors:
This beautiful house has a large communal swimming pool which is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy the view over the valley.
Notes:
Final cleaning is included, except the cleaning of the kitchenette,which has to be done by the client.
