Stunning holiday apartment for 6 persons in Toscana, Italy.
Independent holiday apartment close to Rosia for 6 people and with a great swimming pool with Jacuzzi - shared with 4 other apartments. The property is situated only 10 km from the beautiful city Siena and only 50 km from Firenze. The property is in lovely settings which will give you the perfect holiday.
Location:
The property is situated on a panoramic location with a fantastic view over the village of Rosia. The area invites you to take a walk in the surrounding countryside and the small village, where you have the possibility to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere. You are not far from both Siena and Florence, two famous Italian cities, where sightseeing, shopping, and city life can be experienced.
Indoors:
The apartment has its own separate entrance. The decor is stylish, comfortable and modern due to its authentic Tuscan look. The kitchen offers all the facilities needed to self-prepare meals. The large dining room offers both dining area and sofa corner and from here there is access to 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower.
A staircase in the living room leads up to the top floor where you find 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double, and bathroom with bathtub.
Outdoors:
Beautiful location, which offers a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The pool and the entire plot are surrounded by beautiful plants that bloom all season. The location of the property has a panoramic view over the village. Each apartment has its own private furnished garden near its entrance. There is internet in the reception and by the pool.
