Independent holiday apartment in Rosia for 4 people and with a great swimming pool with a Jacuzzi - shared with 4 other apartments. The property is close to the beautiful cities Siena and Florence.
Location:
The property is situated on a panoramic location with a fantastic view over the village of Rosia. The area invites you to take a walk in the surrounding countryside and the small village, where you have the possibility to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere. You are not far from both Siena and Florence, two famous Italian cities, where sightseeing, shopping, and city life can be experienced.
Indoors:
This comfortable and very bright apartment has its own private entrance. It consists of a large living/dining room. From here there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities. There is a small hallfour steps up from where you have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, and a bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the hall is a few steps down to a second bathroom with a bathtub.
Outdoors:
Beautiful location, which offers a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The pool and the entire plot are surrounded by beautiful plants that bloom all season. The location has a panoramic view over the village. Each apartment has its own private furnished garden near its entrance. Theres is internet available at the reception and by the pool.
Check-in between 16:00-19:00.
Check-out: before 10:00.
Note: Heating is only available during the period 1st Nov. until 30th April and will be at the charged on the spot according to prevailing daily rate.
