This property is located in the Pistoia region, close to Lamporecchio and at the heart of the Montalbano area. Thanks to this ideal location, you will enjoy a panoramic view from most angles of the property on the surrounding natural area, composed by pine trees, cypresses and olive groves. It is also at just a few hundred meters from the medieval village of Porciano. A variety of cultural and sportive excursions are available in the area.

The swimming pool is equipped to allow you to sunbathe while listening to the song of the valley, while a nice outdoor cooking area, to be shared as well, will allow you to spend great moments for pizza parties or wine tastings. There is a common space provided with a washing machine and an internet access point. The owner generously offers you to enjoy the garden with its organic products. During the months of October, November and December you will be able to participate in the picking of olives, used for the preparation of a local organic olive oil.
