Beautiful holiday villa for 6 people at only 200 meters from a beach in St-Raphaël and with shared swimming pool and private jacuzzi on the terrace for 2 persons (from 2.4.16)
Located at a few minutes walking from the beach, this 70 m2 semi-detached house offers a great location to enjoy sea holidays while having access to all the activities and services provided by the town of St-Raphaël. Both adults and children will have their share of fun and relaxation. As it is part of a holiday residence, you will share the use of the swimming pool with other guests (12 villas), but you will enjoy a privat entrance and a great large private terrace.
Location:
Helios is located at 3.5 km from the centre of St-Raphaël, itself situated between St-Tropez and Cannes. At 100 m from the villa you will find wild water creeks, while at a 200 m are the sand beaches, monitored from June to September. Those beaches are in the area of 'boulouris', a small marina, offering also numerous shops and restaurants with delicious local food. You will be able to take walking trips along the path leading to the 'calanques rouges', which are stunning red creeks amidst turquoise waters, and there is a golf course 9 km away.
Indoors:
This house can accommodate 6 people on 2 levels. It is furnished and equipped with a high level of quality, which makes it very practical and enjoyable. The ground floor offers a tastefully furnished combined living space made of a lounge/dining room with a bar area and fully-equipped open kitchen, a laundry room and guest toilets. Two people can sleep at this level, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed for 2. The indoor staircase leads to the first floor, which offers 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and ample closet space, and 1 bathroom with shower. WiFi available. Aircon in the entire villa.
Outdoors:
From the living room you will have direct access onto the 40 m2 outdoor garden terrace, provided with great quality garden furniture and equipped to enjoy meals in the open. From the garden terrace is access to the shared swimming pool, surrounded by a solarium terrace, and fenced and secured according to regulations.
The residence itself is also secured and accessed via a gate with code.
The pool is open from May to September, both month included.
