Beautiful holiday villa for 10 people near Lorgues with large private swimming pool and stunning view over the Massif des Maures.
Newly built 200 m2 villa decorated in a typical Provencal style with local materials, nestled on a 2500 m2 plot. This house combines comfort and modernity. Its heart is definitely the outdoor terrace, mostly covered and with a large dining table and a great outdoor kitchen. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the area.
Location:
The villa is located 3 km from Lorgues, a quiet Provencal town where the traditional Provencal atmosphere can be experienced which has a local market every Tuesday, where you will find local products. There are also shopping facilities as well as restaurants and cafes. An hour's drive away are the famous southern French cities Cannes and St. Tropez, and the largest European Canyon of the Gorges du Verdon.
Interior:
Targa is arranged on 2 levels, is entirely air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is accessible throughout. Both decoration and furniture were designed in the utmost Provencal style: floors with Salernes tiles, ceilings with old oak beams, stone walls and antique furniture. All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, have their own en-suite bathroom and closet space, and face southward..
The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, and access to the garden thanks to a large French window. Three steps lead to the dining room linked to the fully-equipped open kitchen with a large cooking island. This floor also has 1 bedroom. The indoor staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find 4 more bedrooms, one of them with a balcony.
Exterior:
The covered terrace is accessible via the dining room and the kitchen; it will entice you to spend great amounts of time together, planning trips or simply enjoying the local pace of life around a pastis (a drink typical of this region) while gazing at the sun setting over the valley. The swimming pool water is salted appropriately to protect your eyes and skin, lit at night and heated. It is not allowed to light fire during most of the year, therefore in the place of a barbecue you will find a large outdoor cooking place.

Change of the household linen takes place on Tuesdays.
