Cardenal is a 220m2 property set on a 4.200m2 plot offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains chain. The key word for this house is refinement, and marble is the master material. Whether wishing to enjoy a night dip in the huge indoor jaccuzi, or prepare delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, the house will not disappoint. This holiday location offers everything needed for a dream holiday, in a dream-like environment.
Location:
The property is situated on the periphery of Lloseta, which means that the house is within a few minutes walking distance of all town services, but with no neighbours close by. Indeed, the Serra de Tramuntana stretches along for pleasurble views from the property.
Interior:
The house is arranged on 3 levels. The ground floor is entered via a broad hall giving access to a number of rooms. From the entrance is access to the dining area with a lacquered wood dining table, opening onto the living room. On this floor is also an separate fully-equipped kitchen, a small living room with comfortable sofas, a bathroom with a shower, and a room with Jacuzzi, set in an organic inspired atmosphere. The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms; 2 of them with double beds (one of which has its own bathroom with a bathtub) and 2 bedromms with twin beds, and another bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor is 1 twin bedroom.
Exterior:
The outdoor space for this holiday property is as luxurious as the indoor space. The swimming pool is large and circled by both a solarium and a well-maintained lawn. There is a large covered terrace by the front of the house, equipped with a massive dining table, facing the pool and the garden and with the mountains on the horizon. The outdoor kitchen for grilling, baking and preparing meals in the open.
Please note:
1 baby cot and 1 baby chair are included in the rental price. A second baby cot and a second baby chair both come with a fee. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
