Apartment with seaview and sand beach 500m away, in Alcudia - Mallorca, for 6 people with large private covered terrace.
The apartment is a fantastic seaside apartment. It offers an indoor space of 70m2 and an equipped covered terrace of 70m2 as well, where you will be able to sunbathe, nap or enjoy meals in the open – all this to the song of the Balearic Sea.

The apartment is located in the northern part of Alcudia, a rather quiet residential area. Alcudia is the main touristic destination of Mallorca, with its main attractions situated in Puerto de Alcudia (South of the city centre), while the old part of this city offers nice cultural excursions. You will therefore have access to all sorts of activities (6km to the Alcanada golf course), and enjoy a high level of privacy and peace.
Indoors:
Arranged on 1 level (70 m2), this apartment is decorated in a minimalist style and consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and open onto a dining area, an independent well equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower. You can gaze at the sea even when seated at the indoor dining table.
Outdoors:
At the front of the apartment you will enjoy the use of a private covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers. This terrace (70 m2) offers a panoramic view over the sea and the surrounding relief.
