Holiday house for 7 people only 100 meters from the sandy beach.
The house is 120 m2 situated on a plot of 280 m2 in S'Illot with short distance to the beach. There is a covered terrace, barbecue, air con and internet available.
Location:
The house is quietly located a few hundred meters from the center of S'Illot, a small town on the east coast of Mallorca. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and not least the beautiful sandy beach.
Inside:
The 120 m2 distributed as s on two levels and consists of a living room, a cozy dining room and a sparat fully equipped kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds, one has two single beds and one has a single bed. Furthermore, two bathrooms with shower.
Outdoors:
The plot is 280 m2. At the front of the house there are two terraces, one of which is covered and the other open and suitable for sunbathing. On the other side of the house there is a small dining table and cozy furniture.
Please note:
Linen and towels are changed every seven days.
