Roca Fesa 2 is situated in first line position with stunning sea views, high on the rocks near the beach of Cala Santanyi on the south-east coast. This ground floor apartment is in a holiday house with 3 other apartments, which itself is part of a group of 3 holiday houses from the same owner in a private street. Because of its location you enjoy absolute tranquillity.

Location:
As this apartment is situated in a private street you will enjoy tranquillity and peace. You share the swimming pool with the other 3 apartments. The beach of Cala Santanyi is only 500 m. away, and there are a few nice bars and restaurants. The natural park of Cala Mondrago for lovely walks and with its pristine beach is at 6 km. You will find charming marinas in nearby Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. This apartment is the ideal location for young families and couples.
Interior:
The cosy living room has a sitting corner, a dining table, an open fully equipped kitchen and direct terrace access to the spacious covered terrace. There are 2 twins and 2 bathrooms with bath, of which 1 en suite. You have sea view from each room. There is a possibility to rent an extra separate twin with bathroom en suite upon request. This apartment is centrally heated by under floor heating, which makes it also ideal for stays outside the summer season.
Exterior:
The apartment has a covered terrace of approx. 30 m2 and is equipped with a dining table with chairs and 2 sunbeds. The owner will gladly add 2 more sunbeds, if necessary. The communal pool of 45 m2 is surrounded by a terrace. There is a separate children’s pool on the side of the house. The big garden has a separate terrace with a constructed barbecue for lovely outdoor meals and there is a walking path in front of the house on the rocks with 2 viewing points. Furthermore, this house has an indoor pool, and a gym and sauna in the big basement. There is enough parking space in the private street.
