Pedrassa Grande 1 with stunning sea views is situated in in a private street, high on the rocks near the beach of Cala Santanyi on the south-east coast. This ground floor apartment is in a holiday house with 1 other apartment, which itself is part of a group of 3 holiday houses from the same owner in the same street. Because of its location you enjoy absolute tranquillity.

Location:
As this apartment is situated in a private street, you will enjoy tranquillity and peace. You share the swimming pool with the other holiday house on the same plot. The beach of Cala Santanyi is only 500 m. away, and there are a few nice bars and restaurants. The natural park of Cala Mondrago for lovely walks and with its pristine beach is at 6 km. You will find charming marinas in nearby Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. This apartment is the ideal location for families and couples.
Interior:
The apartment has spacious rooms and consists of a living room with 2 comfortable sofas and direct terrace access through the glass sliding doors, a separate dining room also with terrace access, a half-open fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table and a guest toilet. There are 4 twins with bathroom en suite with bath.
Exterior:
The apartment has a covered terrace of approx. 76 m2 in total and is equipped with a dining table with chairs and sunbeds. The communal oval pool with separate children’s pool is surrounded by a terrace. The big garden has a separate terrace with a constructed barbecue for lovely outdoor meals. There is a walking path on the rocks with 2 viewing points. Furthermore, you can make use of the indoor pool, the gym and the sauna in the other holiday house of the same owner in the same street. There is enough parking space in the private street.
