Holiday home of 400 m2 for 9 persons (possibility for +1) with large private pool.
Medea is a Tuscan villa located on a 5,000 m2 plot with 84 m2 pool and only 35 km from Florence on a sunny hillside.
Inside:
The large villa is 400 m2 on two floors and is for 9 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and direct access to a furnished porch. This is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Furthermore, there is also a guest toilet and laundry room on this floor. On the 1st floor bedrooms; 3 bedrooms with double beds, one single bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. Also a nice living room with access to a terrace with a lovely view over the Tuscan countryside. There is the possibility of an extra bed for an extra fee.
The villa is furnished in typical Tuscan style, and there are all necessary equipment such as WiFi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
Outside:
From the large pool which lies close to both villas are a unique view of the landscape and valley.
The garden is planted with trees and plants typical of this region. The plot is 5,000 m2 and there is parking for up to 10 cars.
