Rustic and charming old Tuscan farmhouse renovated into a holiday house full of character, in the heart of nature, for up to 10 people (+4 as an option), with a private swimming pool and a playground.
Sabina is a splendid countryside house offering lots of shade and equipment, and made to be enjoyed by a large family with children. Whether you choose to sit down under a tree to sip a cold drink while the kids have fun on the playground, or take a stroll through the woods before a meal on the terrace, you are sure to enjoy a high level of privacy and quietness.
Location:
This 55-hectare property is located 1 kilometer from Chianni, a small commune 30km from Pisa and the airport. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found 5-6km from the house in Terricciola and Casciana Terme. In Casciana Terme also you will find a Spa and Wellness center, and not far: a riding school, tennis yards and a golf course (Castelfalfi Golf Club - Montaione).
Interior:
The house has been renovated by using local materials such as field stones and hand-made bricks, along with beamed timber ceilings and terracotta floors. This 2-storey house can accommodate up to 14 people. The decoration is rustic and welcoming, and the equipment is complete and practical.
The ground floor consists of a combined living/dining room space with a single sofa bed, a massive wooden dining table, a kitchen also with a dining table, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor offers 4 double bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms with a shower/bathtub.
Sleeping arrangements can be organised for 4 more people by request and for a fee - but free for children up to 6 years of age.
Exterior:
Next to the entrance is a terrace with garden furniture and shade from a large tree. At the back of the house you will find a small furnished and covered terrace. You will enjoy the use of a large swimming pool is slightly elevated which consequently offers a quite beautiful panoramic view. The barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower and playground complete the list of equipment on the inside.
Moreover, you will be free to explore the surrounding natural area thanks to paths for walking or bike riding. Because of a production related to olives, the property owner and his family will be happy to organize tasting tours and cooking classes for you.

The pool is available from the end of May through the end of September.
Airport transportation is possible upon request.
The rental of a minibus for 8-10 people is possible also on request.
