The heated swimming pool is located on the roof of this luxury building facing the port and the beach. A sports hall, sauna and hammam complete the facilities available in this closed residence. The apartment with a spacious bedroom and dining room, is located on the first floor and from its terrace, you have a view of the sea. The new port opposite and the old port 500m away are connected by a promenade lined with restaurants. Golfe-Juan is a pleasant small town, surrounded on one side by a 3km beach that takes you to Juan-les-Pins/Antibes (an exceptional walk around Cap d'Antibes) and on the other side by a 4km beach with the Cannes croisette at 5km. The cities on the coast are perfectly served by the train that stops in the centre of Golfe-Juan. Antibes Centre 3,5km; Cannes Centre 6km; Grasse 20km, Nice 21km.
