This pleasant holiday rental is an authentic country house nestled in a bucolic flowery setting and labelled "Organic" on 10 hectares. You will appreciate the freshness of this stone holiday home which has a pretty shaded terrace, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The Dordogne department and its purple Perigord, famous for its vineyards southwest of Bergerac, start less than 5 km away. You will be ideally located to discover the wine route and taste a good glass of the best wines of the region (Côtes de Duras or Côtes du Marmandais). Let yourself be tempted by culinary specialities based on nuts, truffles or mushrooms, not to mention cheeses and foie gras. In Duras, you will discover beautiful monuments such as the Castle of the Dukes or the Clock Tower. Sportsmen and nature lovers will be delighted by the many activities and walks that await them in these wild and preserved landscapes, many hiking trails are to be done, one on the property and another 100 m away. Even golfers will be delighted to be able to explore the beautiful natural course of Boissec. It is a charming holiday rental to discover all the charms of the Lot-et-Garonne. 2 maximum animals are accepted but must be well trained because your unfenced garden is close to the sheep pastures.
