In the countryside, in the heart of a huge common ground, between land and sea, you will discover this ideal property for two families, consisting of an apartment and a house that adjoin the owners' home. FBC366, on the 1st level of an outbuilding and very bright has two balconies with a lounge area to enjoy the superb unobstructed view of the wooded valley, with in the background the castle of La Roche Jagu which is less than 2km away. The castle, whose magnificent park has a breathtaking view of the Trieux estuary, hosts various exhibitions throughout the year. FBC331, more cosy and authentic, will be ideal to soak up the softness thanks to its old-fashioned decoration, with its large mezzanine under rampants and overlooking the living room with its old fireplace.
