Farmhouse perched on a hill not far from the lake of Corbara with a pretty panoramic swimming pool and surrounded by an olive grove. The property consists of three houses, one of which is occasionally occupied by the owners. The other two (IUS237 and IUS238) are completely independent and include a private outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. This rental is ideal for families wishing to spend a stay together while preserving their privacy. Lake Corbara is the place for wine and food events in summer. Parking space on the ground. Todi with its Piazza del Popolo and its ancient buildings 26 km away, Lake Bolsena 36 km away, Perugia with its historic centre and its fascinating underground Rocca Paolina 65 km away, Lake Trasimeno and its romantic islands and the unique city of Assisi 80 km away. In Assisi, you can admire the Papal Basilica of St. Francis and its magnificent frescoes. About 15 km away, in Orvieto, you will find a train station and motorway access to the superb art cities of Rome and Florence. Unsurfaced rental access road (1.5 km).
