Beautiful holiday apartment with a superb private swimming pool in the French Riviera, located in a beautiful villa nestled on the outskirts of Grasse, the world capital of perfume, 22km from Cannes and 17km from the superb beaches of the Mediterranean. This large holiday rental occupies the entire ground floor of the house and is surrounded by a large tiled and sunny terrace. Comfortably furnished, the apartment enjoys a beautiful view of nature from the terrace and pool, and has a summer kitchen with barbecue, as well as an outdoor shower, all in the flowery greenery. The location of the house on the edge of the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Park is ideal for exploring Grasse, a very beautiful medieval village, and its museums, factories and perfume shops, 5km away, at the bend of the charming alleys, sometimes covered, punctuated by fountains and squares housing welcoming cafés where you can sip an orgeat or anisette syrup under the song of cicadas. If Grasse shelters magnificent monuments and remains, superb private mansions, 18th century residences, which you can discover by Petit Train, and is worth a detour on its own, the surroundings are also full of beautiful discoveries: Cannes, its casino, its old district of Le Suquet and its famous Croisette are 22km away. To keep in shape while having fun, enjoy beautiful hikes on the GR4, beautiful golf courses, tennis courts in Grasse itself, visit Châteauneuf-Grasse and its panoramic view, Mougins, a medieval village very popular with artists, Princess Pauline's gardens, those of Villa Noailles... explore at the bottom of the caves of the Saint-Sauveur waterfall or the artificial underground of Haut-Malbosc. And for the lucky ones staying in this beautiful holiday rental at the right time, enjoy musical evenings, the jasmine festival in August, and the rose festival in May.
