This old restored stone house is located near the charming village of Aulnay and 5 minutes from the town of St. Jean d'Angély. The interior is bright and the stone walls ensure the freshness of the house in summer. Charente-Maritime offers many attractions and in 45 minutes by car, you will reach the beaches, Fouras, the magnificent ports of La Rochelle, Rochefort and Royan as well as the ferry to the island of Aix. Children will enjoy the "Atlantys" aquatic centre in St. Jean d'Angély, as well as canoe/kayak rides or water polo games.

Very good reception. Quiet house and swimming pool not overlooked. At 15 minutes by car from St-Jean D'angely. Very nice Charentaise house. The ground floor is cool during the summer
