This beautiful holiday rental with private swimming pool and magnificent view of the bay is located on the French Riviera, ideally situated 13km from Cannes. This elegant detached villa nestles in a small, secure private property, overlooking Mandelieu and all the bay of Théoule, as far as Cannes. Furnished in a sober Provençal style, this villa offers all the necessary comfort outside, with a very nice summer kitchen opening onto a large panoramic terrace. You can enjoy a pleasant stay under the sun of the French Riviera with all the modern comfort (air conditioning, wifi, dvd player...). The swimming pool is surrounded by a security fence. Part of the garden is sloping, young children will have to be supervised. 13km from the famous Croisette de Cannes, Mandelieu nestles between sea and forest, a magnificent starting point to Nice, Saint-Paul de Vence, Grasse, Fréjus or Monaco, along the coastline, its rocky creeks and fine sandy beaches. From the village, you can contemplate the Bay of Cannes, the golf of La Napoule and the Lerins Islands. Above all, take the opportunity to board a boat for sea trips from April to October. For lovers of beautiful walks through fragrant nature, several marked trails (pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists) criss-cross the Esterel Massif or the Tanneron Massif, the main French mimosa producing area (celebrated in February). Other experiences await you: casino, mini golf, children's park, bike rental, tennis, water sports (sailing, diving, water skiing, parasailing...) on the beach as well as on the lake of St. Cassien, 20km away. But for fans of shopping and parties, you will find luxury boutiques, bars and discotheques in Cannes, Antibes or Nice!
