Farmhouse located not far from the lake of Corbara with a pretty swimming pool and surrounded by an olive grove. The property consists of three houses, one of which is owner-occupied. The other two (IUS237 and IUS238) are completely independent and include a private outdoor area for good outdoor meals. The property is ideal for families who wish to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy. In summer, Lake Corbara offers gourmet wine and food activities. About 15 km away, in Orvieto, station and motorway connection towards Rome and Florence. Unsurfaced rental access road (1.5 km).
