Excellent vacation apartment with swimming pool in Moissannes, 24 km from Limoges, Haute-Vienne. Enjoy spectacular views and access to the owners' private fishing lake. This immense 15th-century hunting lodge has been divided into three sumptuous gîtes, including the owner's own. They benefit from a large interior courtyard and a beautiful communal heated swimming pool (26 degrees from May to September), with a private terrace at the rear of the house. All set in 87 hectares of magnificent wooded grounds. The authentic charm of the house has been preserved (the oldest part dates back to 1100), as has the stone bread oven from which it takes its name. The modern facilities offer every comfort. The rooms are spacious and bright. Be sure to visit Moissannes (1 km) or Saint Léonard de Noblat, where you'll find lovely old houses and a UNESCO-listed Romanesque church. Children will love the Aqua Noblat water park. Discover Limoges and its rich heritage. Go on a treasure hunt with geocaching itineraries (with phone and GPS) and don't miss Parc Bellevue. This property can also be rented with neighboring house FSH036 for a large group of 14 people and a great family vacation. Young children should be supervised: The terrace and garden leading down to the lake are on a slope.
