This magnificent charming 17th century residence, very nicely restored, is located in a quiet, peaceful place. The large flat garden has a swimming pool, secured by a fence: your children can play safely. All the rooms are decorated in a country style, cosy and pleasant. The large covered terrace is perfect for summer and your barbecue evenings, or simply your outdoor meals. It is very spacious and ideal for a large family or group of friends. The house is located very close to Périgueux and its shops, its old medieval town and its Wednesday market. One of the double beds is in 160 and the other in 180.
