This charming farmhouse of stone character, former 16th century baron's hunting lodge, is located in a large private park, part of a large complex with a beautiful lake (carp fishing). You will have a superb panoramic view of the countryside, with incredible sunsets. The pool is only to be shared with the rental FJD004. There is also a beautiful terrace for outdoor meals, with a view of the lake, antique furniture, and plenty of space. In Saint-Aubin-du-Plain, accessible by foot or bicycle, there is a small shop that will provide you with bread, a small restaurant and a covered tennis court. This area is ideal for walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching and abundant wildlife. At 2 km, horseback riding. 6 km away, Argenton-les-Vallées with a pretty restaurant by the lake, canoeing, kayaking, supermarket and international karting circuit. Bressuire is 10 minutes away with two hypermarkets, shops, restaurants, bowling alley and an international tennis club. Le Puy-du-Fou, the zoo of Doué, Saumur (Cadre Noir) and Pescalis are 30-40 minutes away. A little further on, the beaches of Vendée.
