This bright and air-conditioned holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a villa close to the restaurants and beaches of Port de Bouc and the Côte Bleue. It benefits from a swimming pool (4 m x 8) which is exclusively reserved for you, and inside, the comfort is optimal. It offers 3 bedrooms equipped with large wardrobes, a spacious bathroom, 2 independent toilets, and a large living room. The kitchen, modern and very well equipped with granite worktop, overlooks a pleasant terrace with barbecue. In Port de Bouc, you will be able to take boat trips, hikes in the forest of Castillon and in the evening, enjoy the "Sardinades" on the marina every evening in summer. You will also be a few minutes drive from Martigues - the "Venice of Provence", the Etang de Berre, Sausset-les-Pins and Carry-le-Rouet, pretty and lively seaside resorts, and not far from Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis, Salon-de-Provence, Arles, the Camargue and a thousand other famous places or to discover. The owners, who are discreet, live in the ground floor apartment and are not often there in summer. You can park your car in front of the gate.
