Beautiful residence situated on the outskirts of a small village and surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, just outside of Siena. The residence is an ideal location for those who want a relaxing and regenerating countryside holiday, as well as for those who want to explore the Chianti, the Crete Senesi, as well as visiting the towns of San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino and of course, Siena, which is only 6 km away, all of which are popular tourist destinations, both for the cultural and gastronomic reasons. The property has been renovated and furnished, adding value to the style and the structure's original architectural elements. The outdoor areas are characterised by a private and completely equipped swimming pool (9x16)(01/06-30/09) set inside a large, fenced-in garden, as well as by the large sun terrace with terracotta tiles and which can be accessed from some of the rooms on the ground floor.
