Welcome to this town house! This cozy villa is located in the genuine Majorcan town Vilafranca de Bonany and invites you to discover the quiet and authentic lifestyle of the Majorcan villages.
The cosy, two-storey accommodation with a size of 160 m2 counts with 4 bedrooms and is just perfect for a relaxing and individual holiday with your family or friends. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The bedrooms come with five single beds and one double bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor you will find a terrace that measures about 16 m2. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower.
The spacious living area with the comfortable sofa invites you to read a book and to relax. The kitchen offers you everything you may need during your holidays. The kitchen counts with an extendible dining table for up to 8 persons. Just next to the living room you will find a lounge room with a round table and chairs.
The private pool is located on the terrace that measures 150 m2 that invites you to take a refreshing bath. The chlorine pool has a size of 6 meters x 3 meters. Furthermore you will find two sunshades and three sun loungers on the terrace. There is no private parking space or garage but you could park free of charge in front of the house on the street.
The area round Vilafranca de Bonany is particularly rural and is known for his agricultural use. The undulating landscape and wide fields invite you to go for a long walk, to cycle, to jog or to hike. The romantic wind mills and old farmhouses give a special touch to the scenery. On the horizon raises the Puig de Bonany; that is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful!
The village Sineu is only 20 minutes by car from Petra. Take the chance of going to Sineu on Wednesday, when there is the weekly market, enjoy a walk along the old town and taste one of the village's specialties: Frit mallorquí, a traditional dish made with lamb and fried potatoes, yummy!
Where do you want to go to the beach? From Vilafranca de Bonany is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more!
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
