This comfortable apartment is perfect for couples with children who like to spend their holidays close to the beach.
The apartment with a size of 70 m2 has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub. There is air conditioning on the corridor and the cool air refreshes the bedrooms and the living room. All bedrooms come with wardrobes.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony with 4.5 m2 furnished with a table and seats. There is no elevator in the building. The living room with the adjoining dining area is a nice corner to read a book, watch television (only local channels) or just relax. The dining area comes with a wooden table and 6 chairs. The kitchen offers you everything you need for your holidays and you will find a microwave, oven, coffee machine, gas stove, cutlery, glasses, plates and a refrigerator-freezer there. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is basic but cozy and invites you to enjoy the beautiful beaches of northern Majorca. Pets are not allowed.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 200 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste, shops and leisure activities. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
