This cozy, two-storey villa with a size of 120 m2 counts with 2 bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed. There is one bathroom with bath tub. There is no air conditioning in the villa but we are pleased to supply fans on request.
You feel the welcoming and cozy-rustic atmosphere in the whole house. The living room is the right corner to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just relax. The adjoining dining area comes with a table and six chairs and invites you to have a pleasant dinner with your family. The kitchen is fully equipped and counts with everything you may need during your holidays. You will find a toaster, coffee machine, oven, gas stove, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates in the kitchen. The villa also has a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. You can park easily in the patio of the house, but there is no garage or covered parking space.
The covered terrace with a size of 28 m2 is equipped with a wooden table and six chairs. In front of this terrace you find the private pool and the pool area. Take a refreshing bath after sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers while enjoying the views over the garden and the countryside. The chlorine pool measures 3 meters x 6 meters. The pool area is tastefully made of stone and wood. The garden is very well kept and you will find fruit trees there.
The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre-north of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will everything you need in the village; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well.
In only 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
