The "A NUCIOLA" residence is composed of 40 air-conditioned 2 to 4 room maisonettes located on the seafront with heated and secure swimming pool, benefiting from direct pedestrian access to the magnificent fine sandy beach of Prunete (50m).

Very good location with beach and shops nearby; Only drawback, the equipment of the apartment is worn (rusty fridge+++, microwave, dishwasher and garden chairs broken ...). In the bathroom, the shelf under the mirror is also broken ..... In short, it deserves a real renovation of the equipment and furniture.
