Charming holiday apartment for 4 people (+1 in option) in a historical hamlet close to Siena, with shared swimming pool and fantastic immersion in the Tuscan countryside.
This apartment is part of an original farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, restaurated with great care and today offering several holiday apartments. This domain offers a thousand stimulations for your senses: you can just relax by the pool while gazing at the skyline and the villages, you can observe the architecture of this ancient hamlet, and you can isolate yourself in the terraced olive groves and paint, or play bocce under one of the century-old oaks.

This estate offers a unique accommodation situation, with panoramic views over the surrounding hills and villages and with a harmonious mix between nature and housing. It is located 5km from Sovicille, a small town where you will find all necessary services and shops. Siena, city of arts, can be found about 10km from the property.

Marghe La Grande is a 65m2 ground floor apartment decorated simply but featuring selected pieces of antique furniture. It provides all that you need during holidays enjoyed mostly outside. It consists of a combined living/dining room with an adjacent kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On request an extra bed can be added.

Peace and tranquility will allow you to relax, fresh and clean air will offer you to recharge your inner batteries, while the explosion of colours and forms through the surrounding natural landscape and architecture will stimulate your creativity. At your disposal will be a private park and garden, a huge swimming pool nestled among olive trees and surrounded by a paved solarium, itself equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower and children will surely enjoy the presence of a playground.
